I grew up in Washington State but have called many places home including Portland, Hawaii, and Los Angeles. After traveling the world, I moved to California to attend UCLA where I took the first step to become a professional photographer and began working as a photo assistant at Smashbox Studios with some of the most famous photographers in the world including Annie Leibovitz and Mario Testino.

After my undergraduate studies I decided to leave Los Angeles and explore photography and film in China. There I studied at the Hopkins Nanjing Center. In Beijing I had the opportunity to work as a photo producer for Getty Images, work on the American film The Kiterunner, and act in a CCTV show with Chinese star Zhao BenShan.

After China I returned to Los Angeles to work as a photographer for top movie creative advertising agencies. During the last several years, I have worked closely with art directors on movie marketing campaigns for major Hollywood studios including Warner Bros, Universal Studios and Disney.

I have recently relocated and am now based in Shanghai and Beijing.

毕业之后，我有幸在盖帝图片社担任摄影制作主管。曾经参与电影制作工作，美国电影《追风筝的人》，还与赵本山共同客串过一档央视的综义节目。

后来我回到洛杉矶为顶尖的电影广告公司当摄影师。在过去的几年里，我和许多美术总监合作完成电影广告项目。许多重量极的好莱坞电影公司，包括华纳兄弟、环球影业、迪斯尼，都是我们的客户。
